Sales Tax

Credit Card Orders:

Credit Card billing address and security code should match with your credit card information.

3% will be added to credit card orders. 3.5% will be added to AMEX.

To save credit card charges, please pay by "Check BY PHONE". After you place the order on line, please email us not to charge your credit card and we will wait for your check.

Return Policy

*Many Items can be returned back to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase (excluding shipping costs which are sole responsibility of customer). Some Items including ALL PERSONALIZED items are considered "Special Orders" , as well as Children's Rugs and Furniture, and are not returnable or refundable. It is imperative that all spelling of names and other personalized information be checked very carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for mis-spelling or incorrect information that you give to us. Under no circumstances will we accept any returns unless the items are in their original carton with all original packing material intact. Email educationalrug@aol.com to receive an RMA # for all returns. Premium Associates will not accept any returns without an RMA # assigned.
